Everything, the pod was so cosy. The beds were comfortable and gorgeous athestics. The whole experience was perfect. Modern, minimal yet rustic. Lovely bathroom and amenities, wonderful hot bath from Mt.Fuji soft underground water. Such a relaxing environment to re connect. The food provided for us to grill was beyond, such a genirous bounty ! The staff were so warm and amazingly helpful ensuring we were welcome and comfortable. They helped us with our plans traveling from " A to B". Highly recommended for a place to chill.

I was impressed with how nice the hostel facility is. The in-house restaurant was also a huge bonus. They allowed me to store my bags in the back private room. Minori is an excellent and capable staff member, also! :)

This hotel is easily the most outstanding place we stayed in our Japan trip. Staff is very helpful from the moment we parked the car. They even brought our luggage to the room which is the only hotel in Japan that did this. Front desk is very fluent in English and suggests a lot of nice places for us to see around the area. The view is great. We were lucky that the weather was nice and got a clear view of Mt Fuji and the lake, stunning. Food was delicious and provided a generous amount both dinner and breakfast.

Lovely hotel! Had a shuttle car take me from the train station. Getting around the lake from there is very nice, either with bus, or your own transportation method. The staff were really nice! The breakfast and dinner were both excellent and big traditional services. My room was very nice with a lovely view. I also used the public bath and it was lovely, looks nice, great view, well maintained and clean.

The check-in and out was straight forward. The place is very spacious, could accommodate more than 6 people. Located in a small road with parking space for our minivan. Highly recommended!!
