The staff especially Ms. Nahyeon Jo she was very friendly and very helpful. She was always ready to support with a smile on her face at all times. All the staff were friendly and welcoming but Nahyeon Jo was an exception my thanks to her and her way of handling any situation or request. Also the rooms were spacious.
