Clean, spacious room, everything is new and well-functioning. Hot water in the shower is great, bed is very big and comfortable. It’s also very quiet and has beautiful views from the balcony. The staff also were very friendly, helped us organise a tuktuk to Sigiriya and laundry. We very much enjoyed our stay

The owner is very welcoming and nice! He picked us up at the bus station and helped us in everything during our stay. He also prepares a delicious dinner and breakfast. The place is perfect to visit the Golden temple and the Dambulla caves, you can easily walk there.

I was staying in the hostel room and it was a brand new and comfortable place. Room and toilets/bathroom were clean and neat. The breakfast was provided. The host and the staff were friendly and helpful and guided me for next day planning. I was happy about the location as it is walking distance to the Dambulla cave temple and tuk-tuk distance for the Sigiriya. Thumbs up!!!

Wonderful property directly in the nature with great staff, beautiful pool, superb guides which really makes you feel at home. We stayed one night but should have stayed two as there is so much to explore around.

It’s a beautiful family run village. The unique style of the cottages. I felt at home immediately. The swimming pool was a welcome relief. The meals were reasonably priced and made with love, we could pick any time to eat with no issues.

The place is really nice and quite. People are truly helpful and kind anytime. They gave me tips about what to do in Sigiriya, recommendations, and they helped me to find a good price for the Safari. The food is also very good! The owner of the hotel has been available all time to solve issues and doubts. I really recommend this place!

Highlight of our Sri Lanka accommodation so far, il Frangipani is a little gem with the most hospitable and courteous staff imaginable. The breakfast is delicious and the accommodation is clean, very spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend this place as an alternative to the larger hotels on offer.
