Lovely stay in the 'country-side' in this beautiful piece of paradise. It is about 20mins to the airport and 20mins to the beach area, otherwise there is not much outside the resort but if you want a quiet place to relax this place is perfect. It is set in amongst lots of vegetation, ponds and free roaming animals including rabbits, chooks and turkeys! The individual bungalow was very clean and spacious and the bathroom superb. The a/c worked well it was so quiet apart from the odd plane flying overhead! The restaurant serves lovely dinners and breakfast was nice too. Staff were great and airport transfers a big bonus! Thank you!!

We initially chose Ayana Beach Hotel because of its proximity to the airport and planned to explore Colombo city during our stay. However, from the moment we arrived, the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere completely captured us, and we found ourselves happily spending most of our time at the hotel instead. We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from Colombo’s busy streets, offering the perfect escape for anyone seeking comfort and tranquility. A special thanks to Khalil, who was extremely helpful, kind, and hardworking, meeting him was truly a pleasure. The rest of the staff were amazing too. The food was absolutely delicious; we never felt the need to dine anywhere else. All in all, Ayana Beach Hotel is the perfect choice for a peaceful and memorable stay near Colombo!

A well-managed hotel with excellent organization and cleanliness. Located in a quiet area, it's compact and conveniently close to the airport, with nearby markets. The staff were exceptionally helpful and easy to contact. Overall, it was an ideal place to stay near the airport, especially thanks to the transportation service provided by the accommodation. We needed a comfortable place to freshen up and relax before our late-night flight, and this hotel was ideal. Though our stay was brief (only 5-6 hours), we were thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable, allowing for a much-needed rest. The restaurant served delicious food with generous portions, which was a welcome treat. The hotel's free airport drop-off service was a huge plus, making our departure seamless. Being just 10 minutes from the airport, we did hear some plane noise, but it was minimal and entirely expected given the location. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Bhanuka, who made our check-in quick and efficient. For a short stay near the airport, this hotel offers excellent comfort and convenience.
