It exceeded my expectations. Beautiful place around, atmospheric rooms, tasty breakfast. We really enjoyed it! Looks like an old abandoned observatory or something like that.

Great location, a walk to the city centre and a short tuck tuck ride home. Really good facilities at the hotel, with strong WiFi, great breakfast, and very comfortable bed. The staff was really nice and helpful. Lovely place to explore Kandy from.

This fantastic hotel is set in the middle of nature. If you like seeing and hearing birds, then this place is great, with over 25 species in 1 night stay. The room was large, the linens were high quality, and it was all very clean. We had a kettle for making coffee, good AC, and fan. We had a room with a great view over the garden towards the lake. The owner, Chandana, was very friendly and spoke good English. The hotel is very well decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting to watch the wildlife at sunset on the bench provided. The garden is also a haven for wildlife and has a lot of interesting trees. He provided us with the best Sri Lankan breakfast we have had in a month. It was outstanding, with some of it made by his wife. Him and his staff member were very kind to help us change the wheel on our tuktuk, too. A wonderful place to stay. We stayed for a halfway point between Kandy and Negombo

Such a beautiful property! It had an amazing vibe. My kids had a blast. Well maintained boutiquish property that will be loved by anyone who stays here. The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. Special shout out to Joy and Mr Raj. Anyone travelling to Kandy, please do consider this place. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful property, in the middle of nature and the tea plantation. The room was super large, with ceiling fan and mosquito net. Terence and the rest of the staff were really the highlight of our stay. They took such good care of us and treated us with such kindness, bringing us tea and fresh juices throughout the day. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there for two days (always different), and this was really the best food we had in Sri Lanka. We could also fill up our water bottles at all time, which was very appreciated. Magnificent furniture, all from the colonial times, though it could be a bit cleaner (cushions and fabrics of the different sofas). The swimming pool was the perfect addition, after walking around in the hot weather. Finally, our visit to the tea factory was very interesting: we learnt a lot and were so happy to be able to buy their tea at the end, for a very decent price.

It was genius than expected. Meals were super duper delicious and served very attractively. All staff members were very friendly during the stay and they were very kind, supportive and humble. Room facilities were exceptional as the service. If you are willing to travel and stay to get a break from work pressure, this would be the best place to spent your break since it has really calm and quiet surrounding. As a summary, this place scores 10/10 from every aspect of mine.
