Brilliant staff, my plane was late, so I checked in only around midnight, when check-in was supposed to close at 11:30. I contacted reception on the way and the receptionist waited until I got there. Brilliant location too.

The staff was excellent and very polite. Especially the nice lady the day I arrived at the reception was very kind and helpful. The room was spacy and the location at the best point of Kaunas.

Clean, tidy, comfy - staff were amazing - went above and beyond. Couple of nights I was ill and chef made mash and cheese / egg on toast for me to have in room, nothing was to much trouble for the receptionist either.

The location is perfect,right in the heart of Central Kaunas in historic building.Spacious rooms with a nice view. Breakfast was very good with variety of cold meats,eggs,omelette,sausages and vegetables,porridge muesli etc. Coffee was very good as well.
