I was thoroughly pleased with nearly all aspects of my stay. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to Casa Port Train Station and it is just by a tram station. The room is quite spacious, featuring comfortable bedding materials and high-quality pillows. The shower and toilet area is remarkably spacious as well. As an avid traveler who has experienced accommodations in many countries, I can say with confidence that this hotel represents an exceptional value. The reasonable rates I paid were more than commensurate with the high-quality service. In particular, I was incredibly impressed by the hotel staff, who demonstrated the utmost professionalism and hospitality throughout my visit. One of the staff members, Hamza, was especially attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His warm demeanor and willingness to assist with any request was truly commendable. Overall, I found this hotel to be a wonderful choice that exceeded my expectations. The combination of cost-effectiveness and comfortable room facilities made for a thoroughly pleasant experience that I would enthusiastically recommend to family, friends, and fellow travelers.

I wasnt staying personally, my wife was staying in the room as she had a morning flight from Casablanca the next day. So review is based on hers comments. Staff was very very kind and welcoming and helpful. The room was really nice and big, and beds were comfy and everything was clean. There is a restaurant at the hotel, and you can choose to eat down or to bring it up in the room. They can also organise transport to the airport should you need it for the 350dhs (roughly 30e) which is okay considering you ride alone, and they were right on time, not even 1 second late. All in all a great place to stay.

The bar staff Vito was very professional. Bar tables were always clean, and the service was great with a smile. The manager was amazing as she was always checking on the staff, the surroundings, and the guests always smiling. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels but have never seen a manager who was so approachable, friendly, and helpful, like Ms Nada. Definitely, I will book again with them

Breakfast was amazing! I was impressed they even served beet juice although it was only for a day. Room was very clean and presentable. I felt comfortable and at peace. Staffs were kind and look out for you. Snatch theft for tourism is high in casablanca but the security guards did warned me and looked out for me. even when I went opposite the hotel for an errand, they came out to look out for me. very thoughtful

    It is a good accommodation in the city centre, location is great, close to everywhere, very reasonable price. They provided us really good breakfast. If you are planning to visit Casablanca and need one spend one night in budget friendly place, this is the place definitely where you should stay.

    Everything. Exceptional for a budget hotel. Excellent location to all services, Casa Port train station & CTM bus. Walking distance to lots of tourist sights. Staff very friendly & helpful-they were terrific. Breakfast - lots of choice of good food & never seen so many cakes/biscuits. Room standard size, very clean, serviced daily & good wifi. I highly recommend the hotel. Thanks for your service 😀
