I was in a hurry to get to the hotel. It was no problem at all to arrive before the check in. The staff managed to take good care of me as an individual traveling. The staff was kind enough to help me out with booking a tour. I highly recommend asking the hotel about tours instead of a random person in de medina. Overall a great experience. It's sad I only stayed for one night but if I visit Fez again I will definitely go to Hotel Batha.

The hotel is very well situated, you can find everything you need around it. The exceptionaly welcoming staff, specifically the receptionist Abdul (sorry if I'm misspelled his name) The care they took of my car after I forgot the window open. All in all a nice place in an amazing city.
