I have so many nice things to say about this place, but I'll summarize it. First of all, I was upgraded to a superior room which really made me happy 😁 Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and helpful. I can't fail to mention how responsive they are on WhatsApp. I went out for excursions and got lost. I needed help with directions, and when I texted them, they immediately helped. Thanks to Mohamed for the excellent service. The rooms are so clean. It's one of the cleanest hotels I've been to. The room is spacious and airy, the beddings so clean, and everything you need is available in the room. Another highlight was the breakfast. So much variety available. The juices were freshly squeezed, and so good. I wish I had more days there, but I will definitely go back when I am in Tangier again. Highly recommended.

The staff provided a very warm and generous welcome. They also provided a flower for the Valentine’s Day, very nice touch. The breakfast in the restaurant was very rich with a wonderful view.

It's brand-new and everything is super shiny & clean and modern The staff is also incredible friendly and very motivated to make your stay as great as possible. Fantastic place, incredible value. Will come again when in Morocco, no doubt about it.

We stayed one night before heading to the airport early morning. The staff who was present made sure we had an early breakfast and our taxi was there on time. They were so friendly and reliable!

The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The rooms were very clean, as were the facilities. The beds are extremely comfortable featuring memory foam cushions. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay, especially the open and friendly attitude of the receptionists made this a memorable stay for us.

We had anticipated a taxi ride to the ferry terminal so were pleasantly surprised when the desk clerk kindly showed us we only needed to walk down a hallway and one flight of stairs and there were all the facilities for checking in for the ferry. That was the best surprise of the trip. Dinner was excellent. I loved the view of the port from our window but found it quiet in the room.

Fantastic, complete breakfast ! Eggs, fruits, breads, veggies. The staff were very helpful and all spoke English very well. Nadia in particular was very friendly and went out of her way to help. Tangier is a big city so you’re about a 30 minute walk from the port; 40 minutes to the train station so a taxi is advisable. About 20+ minute walk to the Medina. The room was comfy.
