What I like was the amenities provided by hotel (hot water for bath, clean towels, shower soap, complementary water on reception everyday), and the most important the room was cleaned and tidy everyday. Cleaners and staff in the restaurant were pretty friendly.

If you’re looking for a small, cozy hotel in Cancun, this place is a perfect choice! It’s located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and its intimate atmosphere immediately makes you feel at home. I also appreciated the thick, high-quality towels – it’s the little details that really make a difference! Guests have access to a well-equipped kitchen, which is great if you want to prepare your own meals. There’s also drinking water, coffee, and tea available, which was a nice touch. A big highlight is Evgeny – an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable host. He’s always happy to give advice on where to eat, what to see, and how to best plan your day. You can really tell that he cares about making sure every guest has a great stay. The hotel itself is small but charming and creatively designed – you can see the attention to detail that gives it a unique character. It’s the perfect spot for those who value peace, a cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for something more authentic than large chain resorts!

The young man at check in was very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags as we arrived a few hours before check in. The beds were comfy and the hotel and room were clean. Excellent value for money and we would stay there again.

We stayed here for 1 night before we flew home after a 2 week holiday around Yucatan. It was a good location, close to the ADO bus terminal and the airport was only 20 mins in a taxi. There was great restaurants around the hotel where we had dinner and breakfast. There is also a nearby shopping mall. The hotel itself is very clean and has all you need. The staff were friendly and helpful.
