The staff is super friendly and even helped me organize a little surprise decoration for my wife's birthday! Would definitely be coming back. They recommended places to go and eat. Also have street parking most of the time and if not they have their parking garage a couple blocks away.

I don't understand anyone's concerns about this place. It's a beautiful 500 year old hacienda, obviously there are tiny things. But the rooms are renovated, everything works well, the pool is clean and the birds are singing all day and night. It's a lovely place to stay at!

    Excellent location within walking distance from the bus station and the city centre. I got a quiet room in the back and enjoyed a good sleep. The room was very spacious and it would have been easy to share. The hotel staff helped in organising a round trip with a taxi to see some cenotes and ruins, which was great. Mini markets were nearby and everything was safe to explore on foot, even after dark. Would love to come again

    This is a great budget hotel within walking distance of the everything in the city center. Rooms are simple but clean and I was only in the room to sleep so it didn't matter to me. The mini fridge in each room is useful to have some cool drinks handy to beat the Valladolid heat. I did not swim in the pool in the courtyard but it was very clean and pretty. There is a nice cafe down the street for breakfast named Casa Natural.
