The location is very convenient - jn walking distance to all places: KL Sentral, bus terminal (to go to the airport), mall. We had to change room twice but it’s because we asked them to change it and they were happy to meet our needs and give us what we wanted. Our flight was very early in the morning and they arranged a worker come to our room at 4 am to pick up our large suitcases and take them to the bus terminal where we took bus to the airport. Thank you so much!
