I stayed one night at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the city center and very close to the train station. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. At check-out, we wanted to leave our luggage. Normally it costs extra, but Anna, one of the receptionists, kindly helped us and showed us how to avoid the fee by creating an account. We really appreciated her help! We would stay here again.

The hotel was just lovely!!! Very cozy, homely atmosphere! I really enjoyed having breakfast in the hotel lobby/breakfast area, it was very nice. It has beautiful garden too! A bit away from the city centre in a very quiet street in a walking distance from the Delft pottery factory

Everything was perfect from arrival to check-out. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was lovely, and I especially liked the lavender-scented soap in the dispensers. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out, which made exploring the area before our train so convenient. Thanks again for letting us charge our phones after taking so many photos and videos. Such a thoughtful touch since our train tickets were saved on the phone. The hotel had a very homey feel - i kept telling my husband, and I would definitely book here again. The location is excellent, with supermarkets, shops, and cafés nearby, and Rotterdam Centraal within walking distance.
