Large area with a great outdoors space. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting the bay of islands, which was one of my favorite places in New Zealand. We had one room with a lot of area, and another with very little area, so that was interesting.

We were greeted by a lovely lady when check-in. The room was perfect. Warm, quiet, spotless and spacious. We loved the big airmchairs. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The bathroom was a little bit dated but the shower was modern, big and clean. Location was excellent too.

A Perfect Stay in Haruru Falls 💫 ! 💯 Michael, you're an incredible host and a big reason we keep coming back. Your attention to detail, especially in customer service, is unmatched and comes so naturally. Your knowledge of the local area is a real bonus. Truly a person-before-process experience. Fast Friendly Communication. Ruth was kind friendly and helpful from outset. Immaculately Clean Rooms. Sufficient & Practical Furniture/Furnishings. Well Equipped Kitchen. Further Updating/Renovations to be carried out in near future , including aircon units. Fantastic Views and Perfect Location..(Flat)Walk to Ferry Terminal, Cafes, Supermarket and Shops. 10-15min walk to Waitangi. Noise(vehicles and people) is to be expected, considering you are road and waterfront on Paihia's main thoroughfare. Great First experience staying at a Motel in Paihia. Usual stay is at one of the chain hotels or apartment accommodation. Highly Recommend Bayview Motel.

I love the location and the premises, I knew the previous owner. I was apart of the Hospitality training courses back in 2000. I've been in the industry for the last 24yrs. Australia and New Zealand. Was amazing to be there but sad to see the lack of enthusiasm in such an amazing place. I hear the premises is being sold for housing which is very sad to hear. Arohanui to an amazing training center Quantum Learning.

Very good price. The shared kitchen was always clean and had plenty of utensils etc. shower warm, good pressure. Spa clean and warm. Really friendly staff. Loved John the cat, he came and hung out with us, plenty of parking. Comfy bed. Cafe at the end of the driveway with great coffee. Location absolutely great. Quick walk to supermarket and town. Great internet, worked remotely for two days of my stay and the internet couldn’t fault the connection.
