What i love about Holdens Bay is its home from home.... Staff is lovely and accommodating, friendly and helpful... Site is perfect clean and quiet....

Well equipped motel. The facilities are good with 2 trampolines, BBQ tables and 2 thermal mineral pools on site open until 10pm. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable which is more important to me. The only thing is that the mattresses are too soft. Will stay again if returning to Rotorua

Perfect spot near lake with lovely views. The bed was very comfortable, great pillows.

Awesome location, walk to eat street and the lake. Quiet area. Stayed in the B n B, small room own bathroom. Very clean. Breakfast included. Free onsite parking. AC was being fitted to all rooms during our stay, this will assist greatly as it was a tad warm in Feb. would not fault at all!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful location but 8 min away from the main activities (Skyline, Zorb, mini-golf…). Plus the lakefront is a real plus. Activities on site for kids (swing, trampoline…)

We had a lovely big room with a balcony and a kitchen. A good location just 5 minutes from the main street, we walked here from the bus station.
