Facilities were cleaned every day. In the cabin we had everything we needed. Staff was extremely friendly! Cabin is very cozy. We had a car and could easily go to town.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center and a short walk to the restaurant strip. The room is large, clean and spacious with a shared balcony overlooking the lake. The hosts are courteous, I definitely recommend this place.

Oh my giddy aunt it was SPOTLESS. It was our 4th motel and the fridge was SO clean, the room was bright, the kitchen, bathroom, loo were all spotless. There was a bit of traffic noise on a morning but nothing too bad at all. The staff were delightful, so polite.

The B&B house was super clean, stylish decor and the facilities were great with a lovely large shared lounge and a large kitchen with everything you could need, Also provided a lovely continental breakfast which was well organised, and had everything you could want for breakfast. The bedroom had a nice clean ensuite bathroom, the bed was very comfortable and the linens were super crispy clean, also a nice sized TV in the bedroom. The host was super friendly and explained where everything was located, and the Lodge is located only a stones throw from Eat Street and the Lake Front and a short walk into town so central to everything, - Very impressed and will definitely be returning to Lakes Lodge B&B.

Awesome place. There is a heated swimming pool and I highly recommend it, especially in the dark, when the stars are shining in the sky. Everything was super clean. The owner and the receptionist lady were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great location in Rotorua - close to the park with the natural hot springs, the lake and Eat Street. 5 mins from the bus station if you’re not driving, lots of parking if you are. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in 4 weeks traveling through New Zealand.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful location but 8 min away from the main activities (Skyline, Zorb, mini-golf…). Plus the lakefront is a real plus. Activities on site for kids (swing, trampoline…)
