We weren't able to be kept next to each other but it wasn't a far distance to walk :) Penelope was an absolute gem, her manner with every request and phone calls to confirm things was so positive and vibrant before we even checked in. We arrived an hour early and were able to get settled in, she assisted us with everything we required, the extra linen, portable clothing line, information of just basic things we needed. Her personality and approach to every guest was just beyond expectation, especially during the holidays as motels get very busy. She looked so tired and needed a rest but she was always smiling and checking if we were okay. The motel itself are very lucky to have her. She is Def their greatest asset.     Being close to the city center, the location was handy. The central heating mechanism kept the rooms really warm. Rooms were neat and tidy. The receptionist took time to explain all the terms during checkin and was very friendly.
