This is a family owned hotel but everything’s nice and reliable. I came here for an unexpected stay as my plan had to be altered due to the strike in Cusco city, but I received all good advice from the owner who made my trip easier. Super new and tidy, great location within walking distance to main square. but the best was Mario our host, speaks great English, is very friendly and warm. picked us up to and from train station and helped with organising our trip to Machu Picchu.

The property was beautiful. The location is great - far enough away from the bustle of town but an easy walk to the centre. The gardens were stunning - so peaceful. Our room was lovely - spacious and well appointed and breakfast was great. The team at the hotel were all sensational - friendly, personable and helpful. We really appreciated being able to leave our motorbikes and luggage at the hotel for a couple of days while we went to MP.

Great hotel in a centre of the town. It was very clean, breakfast was very good and we had a fantastic view of the Ollantaytambo ruins.

Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Beautiful grounds like a well-tended garden. Very near train station. Lovely layout. Even provided a bragged breakfast when we left earlier than kitchen’s opening time.
