Everything. Lovely hotel in a bit of a random place but first class. Eddison the manager was excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. Nice bar area and good breakfast. Garage parking, hot water, comfy bed it has it all and excellent value for money.

The hotel is in great location. The window is in the courtyard. There is an elevator. I informed that the curtain was broken. It was fixed after we came back from the tour. Abraham, the receptionist, was very honest. He kept my mobile phone, which I forgot during making the complimentary tea. All staffs are friendly, especially the lady (I forgot to ask her name). She came out to get a taxi for us so we got the local price.

    Honestly couldn’t have loved our stay more - felt much better than a 3 star hotel. Super clean, crisp bedding, really lovely shower. Great location overlooking the square. Lovely breakfast. Felt like such a treat as a stop off on the way to Cusco.

    The hotel is situated in a great location near the city centre, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Breakfast was nice, with a variety of both sweet and savoury options and we really appreciated the availability of the breakfast before 6 am., since we had to leave a little bit earlier.
