From the moment I met the reception staff they handed me an ice tea and were full of conversation! Got to the room and it was extremely clean and big! The sheets were one of my favorite thing about this hotel. After travelling for multiple weeks, it was nice to get into these sheets, they'd almost felt ailk! Staff were more than accommodating, booking me trikes and a boat to White beach. Can't recommend this place enough and everything that goes with it!

We spent three nights in this lovely place. Room in the cottage was very nice, small but had all you need to enjoy your rest. Has good WiFi and hot water for showesr. The hotel is located only 3 mins away from the beach - a paved road will take you there and at night there are streetlights which lead you from the beach back to the hotel. Also, their traditional Filipino breakfast was very tasty. The caretakers/staff are very friendly and helpful as well. JuRiSu is a comfortable and affordable place to stay in San Vicente. No ants in the room.

I don't regularly write reviews due to limited time. But for this particular stay it is worth devoting my time and more. Together with my wife and 2 children we traveled all over Northern Palawan for over 2 weeks trying to stay in the best accommodations available. Luckily we booked 2 nights at the Sunset Beach resort as well. Its German owner is one of the happiest, kindest and most consistent people I have ever met. He has created a wonderful accommodation, in a privileged position on the island. Everything is spotlessly clean, the pool amazing and similarly clean, the food great and all the people working there kind and caring with smiles on their faces. What more could anyone ask for! Even in a small accident we had, he helped us like a brother. Roberto we will never forget you and thank you for everything. Everything was outstanding!! From the room and facilities to people who works there (owners and staff). The pool is huge, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the restaurant's menu is amazing. Right on the beach. Michel and her husband (both of them are the owners) are super kind and professional. They do their best to support and help you for everything you need. Their staff is super nice and do a perfect service . I recommend this place as absolutely must for staying close to the San Vicente.

It's a lovely resort with comfortable rooms & villas, direct access to the beachfront and an on-site restaurant. The staff were extremely polite and extremely helpful with every request I had. During my stay some refurbishment works were being done to the main building, so first I got a free upgrade to a room with a better view and after 3 days to a lovely deluxe villa (which is significantly more expensive). Both the room and the villa were great. The beachfront is literally 30 seconds walk from the resort and it's the emptiest beach I've seen in my life. It's a gorgeous white sand stretch with sunbeds and umbrellas and (usually) no soul in sight. You feel like you're on your own private beach most of the time. Note that I apparently stayed during quiet days - on some of them I was literally the only guest, which made me feel a bit awkward at times, but they did expect a large group coming the day after my departure, so your mileage may vary. The food in the restaurant was mostly great - all freshly made (the sisig pizza was the winner for me, what a combination!). I found the food prices were mostly reasonable and portion sizes adequate. I only tried one cocktail - Oh Happy Day - and it was great. Very refreshing and tasty, even for somebody who doesn't like gin. I wish I asked for the recipe!
