Well located for bars and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was great with a large section on offer. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful allowing us to leave our luggage on our last day by reception and calling a taxi when we went to visit the therme spa.

Amazing staff, very helpful. The property is located close to the entrance of Tatrzanski Park Narofowy, near to Kasprowy Wierch. You can walk to the centre of Zakopane (around 4km). The food in the restaurant is delicious and at reasonable prices, massage is relaxing and they offer quite a variety of different massage types. Rooms are spacious but the one we had was without the balcony, though the property has a big terrace and garden. The car park is also spacious and you can find a place to leave your car. At the hotel you can ask for “breakfast to go” if you go hiking early in the morning (the package is quite big), breakfast was good, continental/Polish so no vegan options, though the restaurant offers some vegan dishes in general

The owener of the hotel is warmhearted. She introduced me the method of getting to Kasprowy Wierch and Morskie Oko, as well as recommended the main attractions in Zakopane. In addition, at the first day of my arrival at around 8 am in order to leave my luggage, she invited me to have a breakfast before going out. That makes me feel warm.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location is also perfect, close to the main attractions and easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
