Warm and welcoming staff including the ones at the front office Uber Bolt services are not prevalent in Sao Miguel islands, so if need be they can arrange a taxi which is slightly expensive as compared to Porto and Lisbon. But bus stop is also available right outside the property. Spacious rooms facing the sea which was amazing with sun beds also provided in the balcony including small table and chairs. So, when greeted with good sunny weather it feels excellent staying in the balcony. Bathroom a bit small but wasn’t a problem at all for us Portable heaters are available in the room and we had to ask for one more since end of February felt too cold to us even though islands are a bit on the warmer side as compared to mainland Portugal. Good breakfast every morning with milk juices yougurt, cornflakes and likes, cheese ham butter and different breads.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in a great location. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. Rooms are extremely clean, facilities were very good, and the air conditioning was a godsend. The laundry service was efficient. Overall, it was a great experience for us.

The location was perfect, in walking distance from the airport, which can be felt througout the stay as you could frequently see airplanes landing or taking off but due to the soundproof windows this is not as bothersome (it was kind of cool actually). The swimming pool was nice! (we also had one plane fly directly above us as we swam) - there are like 10 flights a day and only during the day, being a city airport, there are no flights during the night - so you don't have to fear that a plane will wake you up mid-night. The swimming pool was rarely occupied (we were staying mid-may) the initial dip was a bit cold but it got better fast enough. The staff was super nice, especially the bartender we met on our arrival. The room was nice and clean, with water and capsule coffee being refreshed daily (a regular and a decaf per person per day), the breakfast buffet had a wide enough selection so we could mix up our breakfast across our stay (and always it was nice). All in all a perfect stay, I can definitely recommend this hotel. 😊 PS: the maracuja Kima is a must try! (available at the bar)

Wonderful hotel worth the price with very big rooms, fresh ans renovated. Also, we had a balcony in our room to enjoy, which was amazing. Reception staff were verg helpfull and friendly, they allpwed us to check in earlier.Hotel also have a small spa for guests to enjoy free of charge with 2 saunas and the pool - we didn't know about it, so it was a nice surprise on arrival. 5 minutes drive to the airport.

For the excellent price this was a very comfortable, clean hotel, but what made it exceptional was the thoughtfulness and attentiveness of the staff. When I had to ask them for help organize a 5 am taxi pickup, they packed my breakfast to take with me.
