we loved the whole experience, from being greeted by the lovely staff at reception who answered all of our questions and even kept our luggage’s after check out so we could enjoy a delightful lunch on the gorgeous rooftop restaurant. the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable, even staying on the lower floors was an excellent experience with lots of sunshine on the balcony and very economical for a November trip to Lagos. the location is of course excellent, I mean who doesn’t love watching the moon rise over the ocean at the beach every night? we also appreciated the little things, like the smiles from the cleaning and restaurant staff and the cute message on the hand soaps “Enjoy your Life”, at Carvi hotel we certainly did! looking forward to staying here again soon.

We had a bit of a hiccup when we got to our room, we had wasps living on our balcony. When we called reception they immediately came to our room & upgraded our room to a lovely suite with beautiful views. Shortly after staff came up with a bottle of champagne for us to enjoy! They have been absolutely brilliant and accommodating! Beautiful views of the bay and very helpful staff.

The main hotel is not new, but well maintained. Everything works fine and it’s well organized. The staff are exceptional. Every one of them.
