I recently stayed at Ewaa Express Hotel – Al Shati in Jeddah, and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. The location is unbeatable—just a stone's throw from the beautiful Red Sea, with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and dining. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, the convenience of this hotel is fantastic. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the amazing customer service. Islam and Maboob went above and beyond to make sure my visit was perfect. From their warm welcome to their attentive care throughout my stay, their professionalism and hospitality really stood out. They made sure all my needs were met promptly and with a genuine smile. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. The facilities were also great, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the service. Overall, I highly recommend Ewaa Express Hotel – Al Shati for anyone visiting Jeddah. The incredible location, coupled with the outstanding service from staff like Islam and Maboob, truly made my stay unforgettable. I'll definitely be returning!
