The breakfast was very good,a little bit of everything,thai food,some bread and jam,cereal etc. It was very nice because the bottle of water were free and cafe the same. the situation is not central but by foot you are quick in the center of Chiang Mai and the situation of the hotel is very quiet,no noise at all. We have Netflix on the all room.

Everything was excellent, from comfort, facilities, staff, breakfast to the very central location of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and gave us even suggestions about our daily activities, we really enjoyed talking with them about the Thai culture. The breakfast was amazing!
