The location. We reach almost every point of interest walking. Great Turkish delights shop (Tado) nearby. The towels were changed every day, the room was very clean.

This hotel was such a great find—super affordable for three people for five nights with breakfast included. We absolutely loved our room: it was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable for all three of us. The staff was fantastic—everyone spoke Russian and was incredibly helpful. They fixed the kettle for us, always offered coffee and tea, let us store our luggage at the reception, and even offered medical help when we weren’t feeling well. They answered all our questions and provided plenty of free water every day. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. We’ll definitely come back and will be recommending this place to all our friends!

I would absolutely stay here again. The location couldn’t be bettered in my opinion. Lovely places to eat 5 mins away. Warm and cosy room. Worth paying for the balcony view. Lovely breakfast.

It is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and I chose it again because I really like the attention of the staff, they treat me very well, they are very cordial and they help me in everything they can. The rooms are a little small but comfortable, they have what you need, very comfortable bed, spacious and always clean bathroom and I think that after their staff, the highlight is the location, a few steps from a Tram station and in front to the Kabatas boat station that allows you to cross to the Asian side in a few minutes. I recommend it and would definitely stay here again. Special thanks to the guys at the reception who helped me with my luggage to take the taxi to the airport, when everything was closed due to the gay pride parade.
