An excellent hotel in Taitung! Big and clean rooms with all of the amenities and very good breakfast! Free drinks and free bikes make it easy to get around the city. The staff was extremely helpful, particularly Patrick. He picked us up from the train station, he helped us arrange our trip to Lanyu Island and he gave us all the information needed, with kind patience, to our myriad questions. Thank you so much!!!

I love how friendly and patient the hotel staff were. Sure, the rooms were a little small but for a 3 star hotel, it was more than made up by the service staff. They answered all our questions and were so helpful, which really provided a lot of assurance for me.
