Requested an easy access room for disabled spouse without need for an ADA room and received it. Room was pretty clean maybe a cobweb or two but completely void of tobacco smell. Wall heater a bit finicky but fine once we figured out the temp readout wasn't accurate. TV didn't work, but somebody before us probably messed with the input.
