a very chic hotel, best location with super friendly and helpful staff. The room had a decent sized fridge and a nice balcony. the hotel offered vouchers for breakfast in a very good cafe, but 5$ was a bit mean for one.

The staff were very nice,the room was compact and had lovely shower and great choice of cable tv channels. Center of Cottonwood close to shops and cafes. Water in room daily and nice self service coffee/tea etc facilty on ground floor free for residents.Also fridge and microwave in room. Comfortable smoking area outside is ideal for smokers.

A full hot breakfast is served daily and free WiFi is available in all guest room at this hotel. Verde Canyon Railroad is 8.8 km away.

i thought the upgraded Casita room was very nice - wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it. the breakfast was exceptional. place was clean - staff awesome and the food (oddly) enough at a Best Western was amazing

It was wonderful! The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the beds so comfortable and the towels soft. Having sundowners on the deck and watching the sunset is a must! There seemed a lot to do for the families with young children and the gardens are a marvel.

This is such a Hidden Gem! It is such a beautiful, romantic, and very well created and decorated place. The pictures, which are accurate, still don't do the place justice. The furniture is of excellent standard, unique pieces, the outdoor area is simply great and has such beautiful and serene water features and lighting. Each room is unique and they all have such charm and confort, I saw several of them. The owner and the staff team were excellent - very accomodating and generous and communicative, helpful and kind. I will definitely be back!!

The rooms are very spacious and recently renovated. The beds are excellent and the home-cooked breakfast is wonderful. This was the best hotel on our 10-day tour of Arizona-Utah.

This resort in Sedona is a 30-minute drive to Out of Africa Wildlife Park. The resort features an outdoor pool with 2 jacuzzis and courtyard area with a fire pit.

Great location. We stayed in a chalet and it was wonderful. The view of the mountains is magical. They have a fire pit at night. The customer service was incredible. The chalet has everything you need.
