When asked for extra, we’re told only 2 per room were possible to receive. The temperatures drop drastically at Ely at night and it was snowing and my daughter was not able to sleep for half of the night because she was cold. Heater was not sufficient as windows had substantial holes and wind was seeping through. Food was good. Staff was rude and not understanding.
