Above average rooms both in size and comfort. We only stayed one night there before going home but were satisfied. The rooms are large, friendly and clean. The location is great as it is directly in Waikiki but still the room was very silent. You can walk to the beach or the International Market in just a few minutes. I want to specifically mention the complimentary "Hospitality Room" which allowed us to have a shower even after the check out before we took the cab to the airport. We checked out at 11 and the cab was scheduled for 18:00 so we could enjoy the last day in Honolulu and still could get a fresh shower before the long flights which is an exceptional service.

The location was great. The staff was so so nice and helpful. The hotel offered a nice breakfast and served coffee all day. They also offered chairs and other amenities for the beach for free! They had board games for you to hangout with friends or family. I truly really liked their attention to detail and very cordial service!

    Considering that this is a budget hotel - a great value for the money. Perfect location and very helpful personnel, easy to communicate and fixing all what we needed. "Vintage" style of furniture does not matter - photos show clearly what to expect. Late arrival fee was a bit of a surprise, but acceptable as it is a small family owned hotel. Now clear info about it available on the web.

    You get a 5 star view at a 3 star price as long as you pay a little more and have the beach view which we did, amazing view I would highly recommend this hotel for it's location and views. Avoid the restaurant downstairs near the lobby

    Location within 10 minutes' walking distance of the beach strip but away from the crowds. It is as advertised - a budget hotel - but our bill, though confusing, came out to what we expected. Lobby very pleasant and open-air and the staff, especially housekeeping, were very helpful. Efficient air conditioning. Nice toileteries (Hawaiian Tropic). Handy to have a microwave. A good inexpensive spot if you don't plan to be in your room all day.

    This is a budget hotel in a great location with spacious,clean & comfortable rooms. The staff are very friendly & hopeful. We couldn’t find any food at the hotel but there are lots of excellent options close by. The pool is small but the atmosphere around the bar area is good. No views.
