Great location - second line in Waikiki beach , the staff was really great and helptul , we got early check-in for free , and late check-in was also possible ( for 90 USD , what we found as reasonable ) , the rooms were nicely equiped , the sea view was really nice ( despite having some buildings in front of our room you could see the beautiful blue colour) , Wifi worked perfectly , breakfast was fine , with large variety of fresh fruits- we really liked staying in Vive hotel and will definitely come back

100% perfect location. Right across Waikiki beach. Perfekt view from the balcony, too. And Congratulations to the interior designer, we loved the colors and underwater motives. The free reusable waterbottle is a nice idea and a lovely souvenir. Room and bathroom are small, but hey, who spends time in the room in Waikiki? Highly recommend for a easy going beach vacation.

Can't rate this hotel highly enough. The marketing photos don't do the views from the rooms justice (I stayed in City View Queen) and the location was great, overlooking the canal to the city and mountains. Very close to the beach, but a few blocks away so quieter and less touristy. I checked in after midnight and received very helpful directions to a 24-hour convenience store and restaurants still serving food nearby. There was a kettle in the room - great for those of us who don't like the coffee filters often in US hotel rooms! - and the 24-hour free supply of tea and coffee in the lobby was a bonus. Wifi worked well.
