Very central location, about 2 blocks of Yale's old campus and 15 mins walk from Union Station. Asked for a quiet room and got one on the 7th floor (713). Room was spacious and there was no noise either from traffic or other rooms. Very nice staff!

The hotel is perfect so stay, very clean, friendly personal. Nice rooms, nice gym and a really nice atmosphere overall. We tried burgers in the restaurant which were very tasty as well.

Surpassed all expectations! I never normally write reviews but I needed to share how great this place is! The staff are so welcoming and were really accommodating to all our requests. They were incredibly efficient and we never had to wait to be seen at reception which was very impressive. The rooms are heavenly! One of the comfiest beds I’ve stayed in. The kitchen in the rooms are super useful too. Wonderful morning coffee service that delivers straight to you room was such a treat! Also have to mention how incredible this hotel smells! The scent in the lobby and in the rooms was delightful and really added to the welcoming vibe. These small details are always so lovely and you can tell how this hotel pays attention to the little things like this. This is the third hotel we’ve tried in New Haven and our favourite one by far! We will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so enjoyable!

Easy to find and close enough to New Haven to make it good seeing the sights and Yale. The first room we were offered was dark and had a narrow high up window which you could not see out of. We were offered an alternative immediately and without fuss. The room was old fashioned but was clean and comfortable with a small balcony.
