The hotel just has a fabulous location. It was great to be in NYC during the Thanksgiving holiday and be just a block from Saks Fifth Ave, a block from the parade and walking distance to many attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind with excellent service, too. The only improvement ı can think of is complimentary coffee at the lıbby in the morning for those who do not have access to the Owners’ lounge.

As someone who travels frequently around the world, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We spent 7 days here, and every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel. Whether you're planning a short city break or a longer stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We will absolutely be coming back!

When I brought a problem to the staff's attention, they addressed it right away. The staff were very friendly and greeted me each time I came in. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved that the whole wall was a window. It made the room feel bigger, and I had a perfect view of the Empire State Building at night. The location was perfect. I was close and easy walking distance to everything.

    Excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful despite full occupancy. Had a fair amount of amenities - including a desk, lots of hangers, storage space underneath the bed, and you can borrow an iron and mini-board from the front desk - for a relatively budget hotel.
