It is also rather close to the roads leading to the coast. There are no homeless in that area so it feels rather safe. Good restaurants are nearby as well. On site self parking available. I was in a block on the second floor opposite the reception building with a private entrance and was able to park outside my room. Room was quite nice and had everything I needed including a micro fridge to keep three or four beers cold. In the morning breakfast only consists of cookies and coffee but they were really nice.
