Free shuttle to Harvard so I could attend an event there, and a bus stop across the street from the hotel for easy access coming back. The staff is very friendly. Little market in the lobby. Comfortable bed. The ability to use BOTH heat and air conditioning. I get cold easily at night, so the fact that I could use the heat in May was a huge bonus for me, and during the day I'd have it on AC. One of the best heating/vooling systems I've seen in a hotel

Hotel blew me away - the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and truly seemed to love working there, and wanted to go out of their way to make our stay special. The rooms were huge, the beds very comfortable. Coffee machine in the room, modern bathrooms, free waters, lobby coffee on tap, breakfast bagels and waffles were great and the kids loved the swimming pool. Location was a 5-10min walk to Newbury Str, but only 1minute to Fenway Park.

Everything! The location, our room was amazing and SO spacious. The observation deck had the most amazing views and we loved the activities for the quests. Monika and the front staff were wonderful and even the cleaning lady was so cheerful.

I liked breakfast and my room. Everything was excellent! And they have a free transfer from and to the Airport. There is a Supermarket, Starbucks, Restaurant near the hotel. The bus stop to get to Boston is 7-8 minutes walk.

    All fine and well. Breakfast was good. All clean and well equipped. Christine and Stephen were each day on site during breakfast time for a talk with other guests and for sightseeing recommendations. Really quite quiet all around although in a central location close to the public transports.
