Loved our stay!! Great location and our room had everything we needed, lovely and clean and a comfy bed and great parking right outside our room. Marta was fabulous!! She helped with pre visit information and it was lovely to meet her during our stay. The recommendations made by Marta were excellent and our visit to Sag Harbor didn’t disappoint, where we had a lovely meal at the American Hotel, wandered the lovely shops and even went to the movies which was small and cosy in contrast to ours in the UK. We also had a day on Coopers beach and now being classed as out of season didn’t have to pay the 50$ parking fee. And our final top tip has to be tea at Captain Jacks 👌

This was a self catering bungalow. Excellent kitchen with very large fridge and modern cooker. Plus a large microwave. The living/ kitchen area was an adequate size with settee and dining table. The bedroom was comfortable with plenty of storage. The bathroom was fairly small but had everything you would need and it all worked well. Plenty of towels and toiletries. There was a thermostat for the heating and ample blankets to keep warm. Outside was a small balcony with chairs and table. It was quiet and had a walkway down to the boat dock with super views over the estuary. There were plenty of chairs, tables and a firepit plus at the back of the bungalow there were tables and a barbecue. There was a pool but it was too chilly to use in October. The bungalow was cleaned each day if needed.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I live in Hampton Bays but it felt like I was miles away. Quite beautiful and the back porch was perfect for sunning. The staff was very helpful and came over right away because I got confused about the tv remote. So nice and can’t wait to come back when the pool gets warm.
