The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in an accessible room and it was perfect. The sink in the kitchen and the bathroom were both designed to allow a wheelchair to roll up to them. The shower had a strong, comfortable shower chair. It easily held my weight and I'm 500lbs. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

I was very impressed with how comfortable the beds were.Also I loved how quiet the hall was that I was on.Everyone was wonderful and the breakfast was excellent for tge price.I thought the evening and morning staff were very friendly and helpful with all my questions. It was very pleasant a the stay and room very clean and all the staff are amazing , there is a special lady who works in the breakfast area her name is mrs Lee, she is the best of the best, very diligent and goes the extra mile to provide excellent service to all the guests , seen her how she greet every single person in the breakfast area and she made sure we were all good , I can not complaint about anything, I loved this hotel and I will come back and I will reffer to all Y families and friends when we come back to Wilkes barre, we will defenetely stay at this hotel
