I have booked this hotel several times but this is my very first stay near Christmas and New Year time, which is amazing. I mean there is nothing to complain about La Cascada staff and services, but this time I could literally soak up the festive atmosphere. From Hang Ma Street to the local market on the way to this hotel, local people put up so many decorative stuff for sale, and also for decoration, I guess. The whole street looked really amazing and I could immerse myself in the vibrant vibe there, which is truly the highlight of my stay. About the room I booked, the one with a railway view, which could be a bit noisy as my first thought. However, to my surprise, the noise-cancelation window worked very well, as I could barely notice a noise from outside, All in all, my stay at La Cascadea was worth every penny, and I would definitely come back here.

Lovely guest experience staff. Huyun was just amazing from getgo as she helped a lot with the logistics bookings - airport transfers, Hanoi to Sapa bus and train tickets, weather prep, activities for kids and always checking in to see if we cathlch the bus/train etc. Very attentive team! Love the location too as it is just 100m away from the train street, 7mins walk to the beautiful lake, night market, lotsa lotsa chic cafes, a good 15min walk to most attractions such as Hoa Lo Prison, Mauseleum, Train station and Masjid Al Noor and the halal food enclave surrounding the mosque. Room size is huge and it fits all 5 of us - 1 kind bed and 3 single beds. Toilet and shower are combined and of good size. Warm shower works well and room heating too. We got a room with a nice small balcony facing the main street. Conveniently location as there are cafes, barber, spa right along the street but good that it wasnt noisy at night.

During my recent stay at Trang Trang Boutique Hotel I had a mixed experience that was worth sharing.The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the linens were fresh.The staff was friendly and professional, Anni was always greeting with a smile. They were prompt in attending to requests, such as delivering extra towels or addressing minor issues.While there were a few areas for improvement, my stay at this hotel was largely positive.
