Very nice and helpful staff, they are ready to assist you in any problem. I looooved the common area around the pool with the bar, it's very social and they organize games like beer pong in the evenings. The breakfast area is also nice and has good views.

This is our new favorite hotel in Hoi An. Robert and Flower are the friendliest hosts. From surprising us with a birthday cake for a friend, to getting ice you name it they helped us. The location can’t be beat and the pool is a lovely respite from the heat. We will be back.

We loved everything about this property. It was our first time to pick homestay kind of accommodation and it was amazing. The place is walking distance to hoi an town so its literally convenient for anything. Also, its a very safe area. If you would want to go to beach its few mins scooter ride from the hotel. Mr Lee was very supportive, he would help and guide you on locations that you plan to visit. Arrange us transport, even tour packages if required. So I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great stay at December Hoi An Villa! The staff were wonderful, so nice and helpful! The rooms were very clean and spacious, breakfast was great every day. It’s located between the Old Town and the beach and they have bikes available. We will definitely return when we visit Hoi An again!

Good location, 10 minutes walking distance to the old town. The manager, Mr. Kevin, and all staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Mr. Kevin helped us with free rental bikes, a map for the city with recommendations, laundry and and everything else. We also highly recommend 2 street food vendors right across the street from the hotel.

Nice place on the quiet part of the street, just 5 minutes from the old town, but without any noise! Perfect! Friendly and helping stuff 🙏🏻 The bed was very comfortable; you can choose breakfast from menu, tea 24/7 available. After some time traveling around Asia, we truly felt at home at Calm House 3. Initially, we planned to stay only a few days, but we ended up staying much longer because we loved it. The place is wonderful, and the hospitality of Flower and her family—always attentive to our needs and incredibly warm and kind—was outstanding. Every morning, she prepared a delicious breakfast with different options. She helped us rent a scooter (and also offered free bicycles), and besides visiting Hoi An’s Old Town, we explored the whole area, found beautiful beaches, and even visited Danang and its many attractions. The accommodation is lovely, very well maintained, and extremely clean. It’s located in a very quiet and peaceful part of Hoi An, close to the main attractions. Without a doubt, we would return to this beautiful place many times.

    Great location but still quite. Hot water in shower was fabulous. Breakfast is a simple option but very nice. This is not a high end hotel with room service etc. It is a good budget hotel/homestay establishment that does what it does very well. I would certainly stay here again.
