Their service was the best! They let us cancel one night without cancel fee, as I explained an unfortunate reason. They even allow us to early check in. And above all, I forgot earphones there, and they were so kind to send it out to our next hotel. I can’t recommend this hotel more!

The hotel staff was very helpful in advising us on our trip to Hué. In addition, they even prepared a breakfast for us to take with us upon early check-out. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom.

I was only able to stay at this hotel for one night due to my own poor planning, but I really wish I could have stayed longer. The rooms were clean, modern, and had all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is also in a super convenient location, surrounded by great coffee shops and just a short walk to the Perfume River. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to the front desk team, especially Lâm and N.Anh. From check-in to check-out, Lâm and N.Anh were warm, attentive, genuinely so helpful and very patient with my many questions! They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Even though my stay was so short, they made it feel personal and welcoming. You can tell the staff here really do care about guests having a comfortable, seamless experience, and I really appreciated that. I’ll definitely be back here for a longer stay in Hue, and I hope the hotel knows what a gem they have in their staff!!

Beautiful accommodation. Lovely clean rooms. Completely exceeded my expectations. The value of this hotel is extraordinary for what you get. In my opinion, way under priced. The staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They helped us with washing, dinner recommendations and taxi services. The breakfast service is great too. So yum! My partner had the beef Phở and loved it.

    Fantastic staff and very helpful with tours. We stayed in Lotus room and it had the biggest bed I have ever seen. Just be mindful it is in a busy area with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes so a little noisy at night but did not bother us. The location was amazing for food and central to most things. The breakfast at the hotel was 5 star. I am surprised this hotel is ou 3 star, should be more.

    One of our favourite stays in Vietnam so far - the hotel seems higher than 3 stars. The rooms are beautiful with hand painted touches. Everything was comfortable, clean and spacious. Decent breakfast and great location for all the lovely local food in Hue. Staff helped with great recommendations and even walked us to our bus. Made everything so easy! Thank you 😊
