This hotel is truly amazing. For a very reasonable price, you get a room that comes with everything you might need: a toothbrush, a razor, soap, shampoo, and more. Fresh towels are provided, and there’s even a laundry service that’s impressively quick—often ready the very same day. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a television, tea, and plenty of room to relax. Everything felt well thought out and convenient, making the stay easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. A great hotel that I would gladly return to.

Ms Swon, the owner (sorry for the wrong spelling) is the best. She accommodated all our requests. Our room was squeaky clean & huge for the 3 of us. It has an amazing view of the lake at the balcony. Wifi is strong, breakfast is delish, location is quite uphill but is close to everything with various shortcuts in any direction. Tea, coffee, sugar, water, towels & other essentials are replaced daily. Hotel has an elevator. We had 5kg of laundry & had the best room massage yet we paid a very cheap price for everything. Ms Swon is always smiling & can speak proper English. I would definitely book again when I revisit Sapa.

By far the best choice for you, been here for a couple of days with friends, from the beginning when we arrived at the middle with them making sure we have everything with a huge smile and kindness. An unfortunate event when a local crashed my friend with a bike took a turn when the hotel staff intervened and helpd with everything we needed from talking and helping us with the police threw the payment that the local didn’t wanted to pay at the beginning, definitely will come back and recommend.

Exceptional experience We're so glad we found and decided to book this hotel. Hotel - The rooms are spacious, the air-conditioning is effective, the windows are large, and the lobby area is very inviting. It is understandable that the rooms do not come with a refrigerator, as the weather in Sapa, Vietnam is generally cool. I'm blown away by how clean their rooms are! The hotel location is also nearby Sun Plaza. Our first room was simple but stunning, and the balcony is a game-changer - you can watch the funicular go by and admire their gorgeous flower and herb garden right next to the restaurant. The staff members at this establishment are incredibly helpful and very kind. They consistently greet guests with a smile. Special mention must be made of the exceptional service provided by Sai, Koh, Van, and the kitchen staff. The Mam Restaurant impressed us with the freshness and tastiness of all the food served to us. The cost of the food here is quite reasonable. We are delighted to learn that they use fresh herbs straight from the garden. The kitchen staff is exceptional and deserves our utmost appreciation for their remarkable skills. Initially, the only reason we booked this hotel was because of its funicular view. However, even without that view, we would not hesitate to book this place again when we return. It was a delightful experience having a mini barbecue date with my husband at Mam restaurant. We engaged in meaningful and heartfelt conversations, which made it a wonderful bonding experience while savoring their delectable cuisine. I feel bad we only stayed for 2 nights. With utmost sincerity and gratitude, we express our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional experience you provided. We sincerely hope that you will continue to host such remarkable hotel experiences in the future.

The hotel is in an excellent location with a stunning view of the mountains and the city center. The staff is family and very nice, they helped us with everything we asked for. The breakfast is nice and satisfying and the room is clean and spacious. Great value for the price, we will definitely consider returning to this hotel.

Amazing hotel Huge room and so nice location. The best staff , Mr Danis grant man . So kindly and help to us for everything. I stayed to several hotels in Vietnam, but this hotel the best by staff and location. Location around 10 km far from city center but like heaven. In room have video projection and can watching YouTube and Netflix.

This is a lovely family run hotel. The people are really warm and helpful. The room had an amazing view which made up for it being slightly dated. Breakfast was simple but reasonably good. Really enjoyed the location for exploring SaPa. For a budget hotel it is really good.

The location was very good . Only problem was the hill but apart from that it close to the town centre. Breakfast was ok a few western choices but it was fine. The staff were very nice . The Manager was a very nice guy . Just use Google translation to get by . Rooms are very big a little run down but overall it was good it a Budget hotel but really fine .
