Ms Swon, the owner (sorry for the wrong spelling) is the best. She accommodated all our requests. Our room was squeaky clean & huge for the 3 of us. It has an amazing view of the lake at the balcony. Wifi is strong, breakfast is delish, location is quite uphill but is close to everything with various shortcuts in any direction. Tea, coffee, sugar, water, towels & other essentials are replaced daily. Hotel has an elevator. We had 5kg of laundry & had the best room massage yet we paid a very cheap price for everything. Ms Swon is always smiling & can speak proper English. I would definitely book again when I revisit Sapa.

Our stay at Fansipan view house was beyond fantastic. We had a lovely double room with the gorgeous view of the hills and fansipan. Location is great too, just 5 minutes walking from sapa city center and 10 minutes walking to the lake. The staff is extremely polite and friendly. They helped us out promptly with local enquiries and bookings

Location: Near to Church and Sun Plaza. At the center (most happening place) in Sapa. There's an alley beside the hotel, which is a shortcut to Cau May Walking Street. Room: Clean and big. They even upgraded our room. Service: Super good. Mr Dao is very hospitable. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

    Amazing hotel Huge room and so nice location. The best staff , Mr Danis grant man . So kindly and help to us for everything. I stayed to several hotels in Vietnam, but this hotel the best by staff and location. Location around 10 km far from city center but like heaven. In room have video projection and can watching YouTube and Netflix.

    This is a lovely family run hotel. The people are really warm and helpful. The room had an amazing view which made up for it being slightly dated. Breakfast was simple but reasonably good. Really enjoyed the location for exploring SaPa. For a budget hotel it is really good.

    The location was very good . Only problem was the hill but apart from that it close to the town centre. Breakfast was ok a few western choices but it was fine. The staff were very nice . The Manager was a very nice guy . Just use Google translation to get by . Rooms are very big a little run down but overall it was good it a Budget hotel but really fine .

    Location is just perfect. Budget hotel with spectacle mountain view. Kind and heart-warming staffs (although they speak no English) Mr.Toan packed me snacks upon check out.
