Great location. Amazing views. Great hospitality. The hotel is ran by a lovely family, from check-in they had provided us with local information and tried to help us in every way. The owners really made us feel welcomed and we really felt at home while we were there. The views at the place were spectacular, and its definitely one of the best views you can get at a hotel in SAPA while being reasonably priced. The beds were also very comfortable and the heating worked great. The place is just extremely practical and included everything we could have needed. Well located near shops and the street filled with restaurants. A hotel down near the lake would have not captured the same vibe as this place had. Tiger SAPA has the perfect location in my opinion. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Sapa. They've also got very reasonably priced rentals as well.

    Amazing hotel Huge room and so nice location. The best staff , Mr Danis grant man . So kindly and help to us for everything. I stayed to several hotels in Vietnam, but this hotel the best by staff and location. Location around 10 km far from city center but like heaven. In room have video projection and can watching YouTube and Netflix.

    This is a lovely family run hotel. The people are really warm and helpful. The room had an amazing view which made up for it being slightly dated. Breakfast was simple but reasonably good. Really enjoyed the location for exploring SaPa. For a budget hotel it is really good.

    The location was very good . Only problem was the hill but apart from that it close to the town centre. Breakfast was ok a few western choices but it was fine. The staff were very nice . The Manager was a very nice guy . Just use Google translation to get by . Rooms are very big a little run down but overall it was good it a Budget hotel but really fine .
