Family-run for over 300 years, Gasthof Post in Rennweg is just off the A10 motorway and a 5-minute drive from the Katschberg Ski Area. It offers a sauna, steam bath, and free Wi-Fi. We enjoyed our stay at Gasthof Post very much. Traditional Austrian decor with the hints of modern was exactly what we wanted. Super clean, comfortable bads and specious rooms. Great Austrian hospitality.

Located at 2,304 metres above sea level in the Hohe Tauern National Park, Wallackhaus RegioJet Hotels is set next to the ski slope Grossglockner/Heiligenblut. Nice breakfast, incredible dinner, very benevolent staff. Very nice and cheap price for beer, cakes and other extra food for the place far away from cities and villages. Nice sauna and mountain views.

The staff was friendly and always happy to help. The hotel is both kid- and dog-friendly, with plenty of parking available. Conveniently, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel that provides easy access to the nearby ski lifts and the glacier. The food at the hotel is delicious and varied, offering options to suit every taste. I highly recommend the Suite with Balcony for its spacious balcony, offering stunning views of the valley, as well as the impressive 75-inch TV.

It is family run and everything about the service and communication was fantastic. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Food was good. Great storage area and boot drying room for hikers. Excellent experience.
