Andreas picked us up, helped us with our luggage, and even prepared the sauna for us so we could relax after a stressful day – the day before, we had lost our car keys on the ski slopes. On top of that, he let us check in earlier, which we truly appreciated! Our hotel room was lovely, warm, and comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful forest trails perfect for walking, and Hermagor is only about a 25-minute walk downhill. Breakfast was delicious, the hosts were absolutely wonderful, and we are so grateful for everything!
