Our stay at Martin and Micky's Martinihof was just wonderful! The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed to make our stay fabulous! The complimentary breakfast had the perfect combination of fresh pastry, deli meat/cheese, yogurt, and fresh produce; and the coffee was the best we had in Austria! We traveled with my 80 year old father so the apartment was perfect in that he could be as separate or close to us as he needed/wanted. I sure with the weather had been better so we could have spent time on the beautiful balcony. Martin and Micky were so lovely and I definitely want to stay here again when we come back to visit!

Our host was extremely kind and helpful, the quiet neighborhood is wonderful with lots of walking opportunities and Weinkeller, but there are restaurants, and a lake is nearby, too (Badesee Burg). We gathered some fruits but also got a lot from Friedrich. The house is small but absolutely comfortable. And it is dog-friendly, which was also a huge advantege for us.

Her efforts to make our stay comfortable was “over the top!” From the quality sleeping room, to a superb breakfast … we couldn’t have asked for more. Granted, finding the place would have been difficult without GPS; however, when 9 p.m. came around and we were ready to retire for the day, we were both blown away with how unbelievably quiet the entire setting was. It was sooooo peaceful … really!
