Best of all was the staff- attentiveness, professionalism and friendliness..was beyond compare.

The Alpine-style rooms all feature a balcony, satellite TV, a seating area, and a bathroom. Super friendly stuff! I arrived at 10pm and even though kitchen was close they managed to get me some food! Was pity that I had to stay only 1 day.

The area is popular for skiing and cycling, and bike hire is available at this 3-star guest house. Hiking, walking tours and pub crawls are possible within the area, and the guest house offers ski storage space. Lovely room, lovely breakfast, stunning location and Christian the owner was brilliant. We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect

Such friendly staff, a big, clean room, a deck, and delicious breakfast. There was also the option to dine in their restaurant which was delicious and fancy. This hotel was very convenient to the Lechweg.

All rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. This property is beautifully done with lovely finishes and wonderful family that owns and operates it! The rooms were so nice and quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain views. It is a working farm so there are horses and sheep and dogs; we loved it all. The breakfast was delicious- bacon, eggs, breads, fruit, cheese - all freshly sourced. We had desserts and cappuccino which were nicely presented and the warm chocolate cake was to die for . We hope to visit again and highly recommend to everyone
