The rooms and their concept, the location, the lobby, breakfast area, and the garden are all wonderful. Most importantly, the staff is the best I’ve ever encountered. They made my stay truly perfect. Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. We had a one night stopover before heading out of Austria and this was a lovely place to stay. A little out of the main city but suited us for the night. Is would have stayed there and travelled in to the city as it was so peaceful and relaxing. The hostess was lovely and the breakfast was amazing.

Super kindly stuff, very pleasant, and courteous. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is placed very close to a metro station.
