Very warm hotel staff, thank you Marie we talked for a long time ~ Great location, just outside the Opera house, walking distance to all attractions.

The Westbahnhof Underground Station (lines U3 and U6) provides direct connections to the city centre. From the nearby Beingasse Tram Stop, you can also get quickly to the city centre, as well as to the picturesque Spittelberg area. Clean and cozy. Friendly staff and great location.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. Suzanne was extremely helpful. The rooms were all different. The breakfast was very good. The location was accessible to public transportation.

The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Drinks were various and reasonable priced. They have underground parking which is pretty expensive, but right next to it there is a public parking lot with good prices. Overall, it was a great accommodation!
